The pools are lush and full. We live in a rain forest this month. My grandson took the previous pictures during a recent visit and this one too.

We bought this land in 1978 and have been its stewards since then. We want other people now and in the future to be able to enjoy the land as we have.
Tiger Swallowtail
Red Spotted Newt
We went on a walk today and found many wood frogs and spotted newts.

Goodbye Invasive Shrubs
Two neighbor/friends and I worked hard this last couple of weeks on invasive plant control. One of them sprayed, and sprayed, and sprayed and the fields are now full of skeletons. Another brought his log skidder and pushed skeletons, giant autumn olives, unwanted trees, and sprouting trees off the meadows. The view from the throne rock is now about 45 degrees wider. More pictures to follow.
